No two projects are similar and no matter what the project is, the best start is to learn more about you, your path and your goal so that we can use our experience to ensure the soul of the project is always what it should be, i.e. – accomplished to your complete satisfaction. Whether working on land already owned or helping to secure your dream lot, once the goals are agreed upon, we can lead you through every step along the way, from land survey to architects to banks to municipal relations. We will use our experience to aid you with every action you take.

As the process begins, meeting weekly is often the goal, with constant communication via phone and email. You are as involved as you choose to be and we will keep things moving while you may not have the time to do so. These projects cost money, and the faster that a project can move is more money that can be saved and put back into the project. Stagnant projects do not run well, for anyone. The completion of the project is always well communicated and deadlines are always met. We are creating life changing situations that involve great emotion. We realize that meeting your time lines helps keep those emotions in check.

EFB has taken their new home construction experience and created a Renovation arm. Using some of the same craftsman that helped build the business to where it is today, we are answering the calls from new and old customers to renovate homes. It just seems like the natural thing to do. Plus we hate saying no, so now when people call and ask if we handle renovations, we can give it the same dedication that we give to new home building.

Whether it be finishing a basement or attic, or doubling the size of a kitchen, remodeling a bathroom, there is nothing that we can not do. We have dedicated two of our team to be on site doing a lot of the actual carpentry and demolition, while at all times so that we are always in charge of anyone who enters your home. And we could not have found two guys that are more obsessed with being clean. At the end of each day, you will hardly know they were there!

Renovations are tricky, especially when you live in the place that we come to work! Constant communication and team work are a huge part of that process. It takes a lot of planning and scheduling to get the jobs to run as smoothly as possible and in a timely fashion. When you choose us to do your renovation, you will always know what is happening each day.

And with our wide ranging access to trades, there is no stone we can not match, no trim casing we can not duplicate, no space we can not envision…we can be as seamless as you can imagine!

Regardless of the project being a new home or a renovation, there is no success if we are not paying attention to the details. And this is one of the main reasons why we love customer visits and interaction.

Each time you visit your home, we love to ask some questions about how we can finish the details. Whether it is a tile pattern, paint color, trim detail or light location, we invite the customer to participate in the decisions to make it your own design and final product.

We have built a great reputation over the years for building a great product. And that is because our team members are present on every job, every day. We know how the houses come together and can be ahead of some of the pitfalls that come along in the construction process. We get it and if you ask, we have most likely done it before! Our experience grows every day we are on the job and we love to share it with you. We have the management and supervision in place to make sure each job is checked each day.

But we cannot do all of the work ourselves, so we have also established great relationships with our trades. Most of them have been with us since we start this company over 10 years ago. We know these folks are doing great work and understand the quality level of Erwin Forrest. They understand the process and more importantly, the understand our philosophy that the customer is always right!
